Primary Care
We provide full primary care therapies including yearly physicals, management of chronic diseases, pap smears and prostate exams, in-office hemorrhoid procedure, acute visits and all other general medical needs. Acute visits are handled by Amanda Camp, ARNP and patients are typically seen within 24-48 hours. There is also a full service third party lab on site.
Holistic Medicine
Our holistic/integrative therapies include testing and treatments such as saliva testing, nutritional analysis and replacement, detoxification, energy medicine, acupuncture, zyto testing and more.
Anti-Aging
We are focused on Integrative ways to promote longevity and healthy living with nutritional supplements, detoxification, and testing. Our goal is to prevent disease and optimize your own ability to function/heal.
Weight Loss
We offer full service treatments for weight loss including meal replacement plans, nutritional counseling, supplements and medications for weight loss, a team approach that promotes maintenance and many more innovative programs that are all individualized to the patient's needs.
Bio-identical Hormones
We provide full testing with blood and saliva for hormone levels and then prescribe natural hormones to achieve the optimal level for function and prevention of disease.

We have an exercise physiologist that is available for consults for our patients and provides a tailored program for patients that desire weight loss or just healthy exercise recommendations.

Our ARNP offers Juvaderm and Botox injections to promote outer beauty as our patients are feeling better internally and often desire decreased appearance of wrinkles etc. We also offer a full line of natural skin care products from Wholistic which are 100% free of any chemicals or dyes, all natural, & made with organic ingredients.
Detoxification
At Spectra Wellness detoxification is of utmost importance. The amount of chemicals and toxins in our environment, food , and water continues to increase and we know that patients can not achieve optimal health until these are removed. We recommend a 10 or 18 day program of oral detoxification with supplements and shakes followed by homeopathic treatments to remove toxins. We also have an infrared sauna that is known to assist in removal of fat soluble toxins such as pesticides and plasticides. Infrared technology can remove approximately 9 times the amount of toxins in the sweat compared to a regular sauna. A half hour session also burns around 500 calories!
Mental Health
Our holistic practice offers alternatives to the traditional anti-depressants for the treatment of anxiety and depression. We utilize state of the art urinary testing to measure the levels of different neurotransmitters and then recommend nutrient supplementation to enable patients to achieve improvement without medication. We also have a cutting edge device that can treat subconscious issues/blocks energetically.
GI Health
We have a long history of success with gastrointestinal complaints such as IBS, GERD, chronic constipation and diarrhea. Using advanced stool testing and supplements we can get patients back to baseline.
IV Myers

Kinesiology
Applied kinesiology is a rapid, painless, and non-invasive way to assess the body systems including level of function, toxic influences, and hormonal/metabolic regulation. The procedure evaluates changes in muscle strength response in reaction to different items being tested. Many things that are not always abnormal in routine lab testing will show up with kinesiology enabling us to find the cause and treat the underlying disorder instead of the symptoms. In addition, the procedure has the added benefit of determining which specific supplements will work to correct the imbalances as well as allowing us to monitor progress as you heal.
Flu Prevention without Vaccines
